The today's rate of technological and social changes brings about rapid market saturation, immediate copying of operational competitive advantages and the need for searching profit despite decreasing margins.

This world, full of challenges, brought the financial competences to the top in management, thus CFO has become a significant person in his organisation, who applies for CEO position.

But financial competences are not enough if you want to be an efficient change leader – you have to understand the process thoroughly and see clearly what you expect to see at the end of it.

This year's edition of the CFO European Summit is dedicated to these tools that are so important to handle the today's challenges.

  • Why is it worth coming or what will you gain
    You will win three times when you participate in the CFO European Summit:
    • You will learn how to create competitive advantage for your company and yourself – this knowledge means real leadership in the process of change introduction.
    • You will meet eminent figures end financial experts who are going to show you how to improve a financial organization or introduce technological changes instead of just answering to changes and how to manage psychological reactions to change.
    • and it's all in a friendly space designed especially for building relationships – making new contracts and developing the existing business and private relationships.
  • New formula of the event!
    In the 8th edition of the CFO European Summit we will continue the tradition of presenting you with the top quality event but with new features:
    • broader than financial view on contemporary management – source of knowledge on new competitive advantages;
    • thematic streams allowing for customising the conference agenda to individual participants;
    • Power Speeches selected especially to provide the audience with intellectual weapon used in competitive fight;
    • networking tool which is a mobile application designed for making contacts;
    • VIP and Standard Zones for Private Conversations – or a brand new level of unofficial contacts in a space managed by the bar service.
  • It’s already the 8th edition!
    The main objective of the CFO European Summit is creating a platform for experience exchange and substantive discussion for management and financial executives of the biggest Polish and European enterprises. Similar to last year's edition we are expecting
    • 200 notable guests,
    • including 150 CFOs.
    Former editions of the CFO European Summit hosted among others: Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz, Prof. Grzegorz Kołodko, Andrzej Olechowski, Wiesław Rozłucki and Prof. Krzysztof Rybiński.
